Account information you provide (name, email, organization). Brand inputs you give the engine (your offerings, voice, goals, logos and reference assets). Connection data for the social accounts you link (access tokens and the account identifiers needed to publish on your behalf). Usage and outcome data (posts generated, engagement metrics retrieved from connected platforms) used to operate and improve the service. Standard technical logs (IP, request metadata) for security and reliability.
To operate the autonomous engine — to ideate, create, schedule, publish and measure on your behalf within the boundaries you set. To improve content quality through aggregated, account-scoped learning. To secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not display third-party advertising.
When you link an account (for example Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, WhatsApp, YouTube or Google Business), we access only the permissions you grant, and only to deliver the service. Your data is scoped per brand and never shared across customers. You may disconnect any platform at any time.
We apply zero-trust engineering practices: encrypted credential handling, strict transport security, hardened headers, rate limiting and request validation. We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time.
