These Terms govern your use of CoreLayerEngine, a product of Ektasi Technology (OPC) Private Limited (CIN U72900UP2020OPC128958, GSTIN 09AAFCE9082J1Z4, SAC 998434 for the service), registered office Chiraigaon, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh 221112, India. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
CoreLayerEngine is an autonomous digital-presence platform that can ideate, create, schedule, publish and measure content across the accounts you connect, within the controls you configure. Features and limits vary by plan.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. We ask you to confirm this when you create an account, and we record the confirmation with the date. That is a self-declaration, not age verification — we do not check documents or use any third-party age signal.
You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and the accuracy of the brand inputs you provide. You must have the right to manage any account you connect and to publish the content the engine produces on your behalf. Keep your API keys secret; an API key acts with the permissions of the workspace that issued it, and is recorded in the audit trail as a machine actor rather than as a person.
3. Autonomous publishing and your responsibility
You choose the level of autonomy. In approve-first mode — the default — nothing publishes until you approve it. In full-auto mode the engine publishes within your guardrails without per-post approval. Whichever you choose, you remain responsible for content published from your accounts and for its compliance with applicable law and platform rules.
Some limits are not configurable, and apply on every plan:
- The engine never runs paid advertising.
- The engine never sends one-to-one direct messages on your behalf.
- Automated replies to the same commenter are capped at two per day; beyond that the engine stops auto-sending and leaves the reply as a draft for you, so it cannot be used to badger an individual.
- Workspaces configured for public figures remain approve-first and cannot be promoted to full autonomy.
For sponsored content the engine applies #ad / paid-partnership disclosure automatically, but you remain responsible for meeting the advertising-disclosure obligations of your jurisdiction. AI-generated content should be reviewed before it is published; the engine can be wrong.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use CoreLayerEngine to:
- produce or distribute unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, infringing or harmful content, malware or phishing;
- publish hateful, harassing, violent or sexually exploitative content, or any content sexualising minors;
- impersonate a person or organisation without authorisation, or generate a likeness or synthetic voice of a real person without their permission;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or message anyone who has not lawfully consented or who has opted out;
- circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, the abuse limits, quotas, approval requirements or disclosure behaviour described in these Terms;
- scrape, reverse-engineer, or bypass the protections of the service or of any connected platform;
- violate the terms or policies of any platform you connect.
Messaging consent is on you. You must obtain and honour the lawful consent of every recipient you contact by WhatsApp, SMS or email, comply with rules such as India's TRAI/DLT framework, the US TCPA and CAN-SPAM, and GDPR/ePrivacy, and provide a working opt-out. The product records consent per contact per channel and will not include a contact in a broadcast on a channel they have not opted into; importing contacts does not create consent, and marking imported rows as consenting is a statement you are making, not one we make for you.
How we enforce this
These are not policy statements alone — they are enforced in code on every outbound path, because an automated publisher that can be used to spam gets our application suspended for every customer at once. Specifically:
- Per-workspace velocity limits on publish actions, automated comment replies, broadcasts and broadcast recipients, per hour and per day. Each limit is derived from the plan you already bought, so ordinary use cannot reach one.
- An absolute platform-safety ceiling that no plan, override or trust level may exceed.
- A trust ramp for new workspaces, which relaxes as an account establishes a normal pattern.
- Near-duplicate detection across the workspaces a single owner controls, so identical copy is not blasted from many brands at once.
- Per-tenant API rate limits, request validation and idempotency on mutating operations.
- An operator kill-switch that can stop automated publishing for one workspace or platform-wide.
We may throttle, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, remove offending content, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. Where the breach is inadvertent and low-risk we will normally warn first; where it puts our platform access at risk we may act immediately.
5. Plans, quotas and fair use
Plans meter volume, not features. Quotas are enforced and published per plan, and any fair-use ceiling is fair-use tiers with a stated ceiling rather than an absence of limits:
| Plan | Posts / month | Posts / day | Languages | Videos / month | Workspaces |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 5 | 2 | 1 | 1 | 1 |
| Launch | 30 | 5 | 2 | 5 | 1 |
| Growth | 60 | 8 | 5 | 15 | 2 |
| Creator | 90 | 10 | 5 | 25 | 1 |
| Public Figure | 120 | 12 | 5 | 40 | 2 |
| Studio | 150 | 20 | All 40 | 50 | 5 |
Current pricing is on the pricing page. These are the figures the product itself enforces — the same numbers the console shows you and the same numbers the billing code meters against — and this table is checked against that code on every build. Studio’s API allowance is fair use: a ceiling high enough that no human team reaches it, which exists to stop a runaway loop rather than to ration you.
6. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and may be changed or cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy or where required by law. Card details are handled by our payment providers on their own checkout pages and never reach our servers.
7. Your data, and ours
You keep ownership of the content and data you put into the service. You grant us the licence needed to host, process and publish it as you instruct. How we handle personal data — including the platforms and AI providers involved, our retention schedule and your rights — is set out in the Privacy Policy, the sub-processor list and, where we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement. Deletion instructions are on the data deletion page. We do not train models on your data.
8. Third-party platforms
Connecting a channel authorises us to act on it within the permissions you grant. Those platforms are outside our control: they change their APIs, their policies and their rate limits, and they can restrict or remove an account. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions, and a platform's rejection of a post is not a failure of this service. You can disconnect any channel at any time.
9. Availability and support
We publish a service-level objective of 99.5% monthly availability for paid plans and the remedies that go with it in our Service Level Agreement. Free plans are provided without a service level. We aim to acknowledge support requests within one business day.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific engagement, growth, reach or business outcomes, and we do not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate or suitable for a given purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ektasi Technology (OPC) Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Suspension and termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or where continued operation would put our access to a connected platform at risk. On termination you may export your data; after that we delete it in line with the schedule in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified and the date above updated, and continued use after the change constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction; where a dispute is a commercial dispute of a Specified Value of ₹3,00,000 or more it shall be instituted before the Commercial Court at Varanasi constituted under the Commercial Courts Act, 2015, and appeals lie to the Commercial Appellate Division of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad at its principal seat at Prayagraj (Varanasi is not an Oudh district, so the Lucknow Bench has no jurisdiction over it).
