Refund Policy

CoreLayerEngine, operated by Ektasi Technology Pvt Ltd, offers a Forever Free plan so you can evaluate the platform fully before paying anything. Because you can test the product — and your results — at no cost, paid upgrades are generally non-refundable. This policy explains the limited circumstances in which a refund may be issued.

1. Try it free, first

Our Forever Free plan lets you use CoreLayerEngine at no charge, with no time limit. We strongly recommend evaluating the product and the results you get on the free plan before upgrading to a paid plan. If the free plan meets your needs, you never have to pay.

2. Paid plans — the 48-hour window

If you upgrade to a paid plan and you are not happy with the results, you may request a refund within 48 hours of upgrading, on one condition: you have made only limited use of our AI features in that time. This window is meant for a quick evaluation — not for completing real work and then asking for your money back.

3. No refund after use

We do not issue refunds once the product has been actively used — generally after one day of use, or once you have used the AI features beyond limited evaluation. Generating content, publishing, or running campaigns all count as use.

4. Refunds are discretionary

Even within the 48-hour window, each request is reviewed case by case and granted at our discretion based on your actual usage. Depending on how much of the AI features have been used, we may or may not issue a refund. We will always tell you our decision and the reason for it.

5. How to request a refund

Contact us through our contact page within 48 hours of upgrading, using the email address on your account, and tell us what wasn't right. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days, though the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

6. What is never refundable

• AI generations, credits, or add-ons that have already been consumed.
• Any usage beyond limited evaluation of the AI features.
• Requests made after the 48-hour window, or after more than one day of active use.
• One-time setup or professional-services fees once the work has begun.

7. Cancelling a paid plan

You can cancel any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals; your paid features stay active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account simply returns to the Forever Free plan. Cancelling does not by itself create a refund for periods already paid.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
