How billing works
- India
- UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets, billed in INR.
- Rest of world
- PayPal, plus major credit and debit cards where they are supported for your country — checkout shows the methods you can actually use, billed in USD.
- Which currency you pay in
- Your billing country decides it, not a toggle: India is charged in INR; UAE and EU businesses that give us a TRN or VAT number are charged in dirhams or euros; everywhere else in USD. If we cannot take a payment in your currency we say so and invoice you directly — you are never charged in a currency you were not quoted.
- Invoices
- Numbered PDF invoices for every charge, in the currency you were charged; proration credits applied automatically on plan changes. Indian invoices are GST tax invoices with your GSTIN, SAC and the CGST/SGST or IGST split; invoices outside India are zero-rated exports.
- Renewals
- If a plan lapses you get a reminder, then a grace window, before any downgrade — no surprise cutoffs.
- Cancel anytime
- The workspace owner can cancel from the console in Settings. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep every feature until then, you are not charged again, and you can resume any time before that date. Nothing is deleted, and your data stays exportable.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes — Forever Free is a permanent tier, not a trial. Five AI posts a month, one language, one workspace, every network we support, no credit card, no expiry. It exists so you can prove the engine works on your real brand before paying.
What counts as an AI post?
One generation job — the engine ideating, writing and designing one post (in however many of your enabled languages). Regenerations count; edits don't. Daily burst caps (2–20 by tier) stop runaway volume even inside a monthly quota.
Why are prices different in India?
Purchasing-power pricing, deliberately. India is billed in INR at rates set for Indian SMB budgets, with UPI and netbanking support; UAE and EU businesses that give us a TRN or VAT number pay in dirhams or euros, and the rest of the world pays USD rates. Same product, same features, priced for the market you operate in.
Can I change or cancel plans anytime?
Yes. Moving to a different paid plan applies immediately, with automatic proration credit for the time you had already paid for. Cancelling is done from the console by the workspace owner and takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep everything until then and can resume before it lands. Your data remains exportable throughout, and because Free is a permanent tier, cancelling never deletes your setup.
Do you offer refunds?
Evaluation is what Free is for, so refunds are narrow: paid upgrades may be refunded within 48 hours if AI usage was minimal, at our discretion. Full terms are in the refund policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
In India: UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking and wallets. Internationally: major credit and debit cards, and PayPal. All subscriptions are month-to-month.
