For Agencies

Run more clients. Keep your margins.

Let the engine handle the daily output while your team focuses on high-level strategy and client relationships. One autonomous control room for every account you manage — with client approvals built in.

Specifications, per-brand cost and the answer on white-labelling are all further down this page — you should not have to book a call to find out what something costs.

Every workspace's health in one view, sorted by what needs you first.

Screens on this page are real captures of the shipping console running the built-in demo workspace — a fictional Varanasi sweet shop, not a customer. The numbers on screen are seeded demo data.

9

Networks per client

One queue, nine destinations. The engine produces the daily output; your team directs it.

40

Languages, natively

Generated in-language for every client — not machine-translated afterwards.

1

Control room

Every client account, workflow, and approval in one place.

0

Posts you didn't approve

Approve-first is the default. The engine drafts; nothing reaches a client feed without your yes.

Targeted Workspaces

One platform. Every brand you run.

Whether you manage fifty clients or a conglomerate's distinct product lines, Workspaces keep everything isolated. Separate brand guidelines, tone-of-voice settings, and analytics — with zero cross-contamination.

How agencies run on it

From pitch to published — with your sign-off.

01

Spin up a workspace

Onboard a client's brand, voice, and channels in minutes.

02

Set the guardrails

Approval rules, disclosures, and no-go topics per client.

03

Let the engine run

It ideates, crafts, and queues daily output across channels.

04

Client approves

They sign off in the portal; it schedules the post one tap from live and reports back.

Twenty clients, twenty trades, one login.

Every workspace runs on the playbook for its trade. The salon’s posts lead with the transformation; the restaurant’s lead with the craving and the daypart; the clinic’s lead with reassurance and never with a guarantee. You are not tuning one voice twenty times, and a café’s Hinglish humour never trains a law firm’s LinkedIn.

Twenty-seven trades are covered today. Separate workspaces, separate approvals, separate client data — one place to work.

Questions

Running an agency on it

Can my clients approve their own posts?+

Yes. Each workspace has a client portal where your client (or your strategist, or both) signs off before anything publishes. You set who approves what, per account.

Do reports show how we stack up against competitors?+

Yes — competitor benchmarking and share-of-voice are built into every client report, so each Monday's auto-sent PDF shows not just performance but position against rivals.

Can it handle comment replies across all our accounts?+

It can. Comment auto-reply runs across every account you manage, in each brand's voice — warm replies go out automatically, anything negative or sensitive waits for your team.

How does pricing work for multiple client brands?+

The Studio plan (₹20,000/$200 a month) is built for agency-scale, multi-brand use with 5 workspaces and client portals. See Pricing for exact allowances.

Is each client's data kept separate?+

Completely. Workspaces isolate brand guidelines, tone, analytics and access — zero cross-contamination between one client and another.

How much does CoreLayerEngine cost per client brand for an agency?+

At list price, ₹3,000 / $30 per brand per month on Growth (2 workspaces at ₹6,000 / $60) and ₹4,000 / $40 per brand per month on Studio (5 workspaces at ₹20,000 / $200). Both tiers give each brand the same thirty AI posts per month, so the Studio premium buys languages, video volume, API quota and the fifth workspace rather than more posts per client.

Is there a reseller or agency discount?+

Not today. Agencies buy at list price and bill their own clients for their service, which means the margin is set by the agency rather than by us. If a volume arrangement above Studio is what you need, say so in the agency enquiry form and you will get an answer about what can actually be committed to rather than a number invented for a web page.

Can I white-label CoreLayerEngine for my clients?+

Partly. Client-facing PDF reports and audit exports carry the client's brand. The console itself is not white-labelled and does not run on an agency's own domain today. It is the request we most want to count, so it is worth telling us if it decides the deal.

How do client approvals work across multiple accounts?+

One cross-client approval queue for your account managers, plus named approvers per workspace so a client can sign off their own posts without seeing any other client's. Workspaces isolate brand guidelines, tone, analytics and access, and every approval is written to a hash-chained, tamper-evident audit trail you can export as CSV or PDF.

What happens if I run more than five client brands?+

You run more than one account. There is no volume tier above Studio at the moment, and publishing one would be a number you would discover was wrong at renewal. Tell us the shape of your book in the enquiry form and you will get a written answer.

Can the engine publish to my clients' accounts today?+

Not yet, on any network, and what stands in the way is a different thing on each. Meta runs its own App Review of any app that posts on a customer's behalf, covering Instagram and Facebook Pages, and Business Verification has to pass before that review can even be submitted. Threads is a separate Meta app with a review of its own. YouTube waits on Google's OAuth verification of the upload scopes, and Google Business Profile on Google approving Business Profile API access for the app. Pinterest has to grant the app Standard access. X is not running a review of us at all: what is missing there is the paid X access tier that media upload needs, and that is ours to take up. Until a channel is switched on, your approval queue is where an approved post waits, and it hands your team the finished image, caption and recommended hour to publish manually. Ideation, design, approvals, the calendar, lead capture and reporting all work today and need nobody's approval.

The numbers, before the call

What a client brand actually costs you

There is no reseller tier and no agency discount today, and we would rather say so on the page than in the fourth email. You buy at list price and bill your client for your service — which means your margin is a number you set, not one we set for you. These are the two tiers an agency runs on, divided by the brands they hold.

 Growth — ₹6,000 / $60 per monthStudio — ₹20,000 / $200 per month
Client brands (workspaces)25
List cost per brand, per month₹3,000 / $30₹4,000 / $40

… which is, per brand3030
Daily burst cap820
AI videos per month, pooled1550
Languages5all 40
API calls per month20,000Fair-use

Read the fourth row before you read any other: both tiers give each brand the same thirty AI posts per month. The Studio premium buys languages, video volume, API quota and the fifth workspace — not more posts per client. If your clients are single-language and you are not rendering much video, Growth is the cheaper seat and we would rather you knew that.

Holding more than five brands? Run more than one account. There is no volume ladder above Studio yet, and inventing one on a marketing page would be the sort of number you would find out was wrong at renewal. Tell us the shape below and we will tell you what we can actually commit to.

White-labelling

Client-facing PDF reports and audit exports carry your client's brand. The console itself is not white-labelled today and does not run on your domain. If that is a dealbreaker, say so in the form — it is the request we most want to count.

Client approval

One cross-client queue for your account managers, and named approvers per workspace so a client can sign off their own posts without seeing anybody else's. Every approval is written to a hash-chained audit trail you can export.

Billing

Indian agencies are billed in INR inclusive of 18% GST against your GSTIN; UAE and EU agencies that give us a TRN or VAT number are billed in dirhams or euros; everyone else in USD. One invoice per account, not per client brand. Cancel from the console.

Publishing, honestly

Instagram and YouTube post on their own once approved; the platforms page says where the rest stand. Until a channel is switched on, it hands your team the finished asset, caption and recommended hour to post. Everything else — ideation, design, approvals, lead capture, reporting — runs today. Plan your service around that and you will not be surprised.

Agency enquiry

Tell us the shape of your book

This is not a demo request form. It asks the things that change the answer — how many brands, which networks, which languages, what you are running today — so the first reply can contain a specification and a number rather than a calendar link.

  • A written answer with per-brand cost, quota fit and what is and is not live yet.
  • One reply from a person, within two working days, IST business hours.
  • No sequence, no drip, no third-party enrichment. What you type is what we hold.

In a hurry? innovations@ektasi.io (Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 IST). Or start free on one brand and look at the console before you talk to anyone.
