These Terms govern your use of CoreLayerEngine, a proprietary product of Ektasi Technology. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
CoreLayerEngine is an autonomous digital-presence platform that can ideate, create, schedule, publish and measure content across your connected accounts, within the controls you configure. Features and limits vary by plan.
You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and the accuracy of the brand inputs you provide. You must have the right to manage any social account you connect, and to publish the content the engine produces on your behalf.
You choose the level of autonomy. In full-auto mode, the engine publishes within your guardrails without per-post approval; in approve-first mode, nothing publishes until you approve it. The engine does not run paid advertising or send one-to-one direct messages on your behalf. You remain responsible for content published from your accounts and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and platform rules. For sponsored content, the engine assists with disclosure, but you are responsible for meeting advertising-disclosure obligations in your jurisdiction.
Do not use CoreLayerEngine to produce or distribute unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content, to impersonate others without authorization, or to violate the terms of any connected platform. We may suspend accounts that do.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and may be changed or cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific engagement, growth or business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ektasi Technology is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions? Email [email protected].
