Audience & Lead Capture

Followers are rented. Build the audience you own.

CoreLayerEngine converts social reach into an owned audience: every business gets a hosted lead-capture page, every post carries a tracked link, and captured contacts land in a lightweight CRM with WhatsApp broadcast, review requests, referral tracking, and retention flows — consent recorded at every step.

CoreLayerEngine audience screen listing eight opted-in contacts with phone numbers, tags and a bulk import box.
The list you actually own — broadcast, win back and ask for reviews on WhatsApp.

Screens on this page are real captures of the shipping console running the built-in demo workspace — a fictional Varanasi sweet shop, not a customer. The numbers on screen are seeded demo data.

How does lead capture work?

Each workspace gets a hosted lead page — name, WhatsApp number, explicit opt-in — branded with your business name and reachable from every post's tracked link. A captured lead credits the exact post and channel that produced it, so attribution isn't a guess. New leads can fire a signed webhook straight into your CRM.

What can I do with contacts?

Import existing customers by CSV, export anytime, tag and segment, and record consent per contact. Opt-outs are honored automatically. Under privacy law requests, a subject's data can be exported or erased in one action (DSAR support) — because a contact list you can't defend is a liability, not an asset.

Can I message my audience on WhatsApp?

Yes — broadcasts to opted-in contacts through the WhatsApp Business API: offers, festival greetings, monthly updates, in up to 41 languages. Business-initiated messages use approved templates per Meta's rules, and every broadcast respects opt-out state. This is permission marketing, not spam — the anti-spam policy is enforced in product, not just published.

How do reviews and referrals grow from here?

  • Review requests: ask happy customers for a Google review at the moment they're happiest, from the engine, politely.
  • Referrals: every captured lead gets a personal share link; referred signups credit the referrer, and a top-referrers view shows who's actually spreading the word.
  • Retention flows: configurable win-back messages that re-engage lapsed customers automatically.

Where does this feed the rest of the engine?

Captured leads are outcomes: they update growth-goal progress, sharpen attribution, and teach the learning model which content produces customers rather than applause. The data-layer summary shows what the engine knows at a glance.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does CoreLayerEngine generate leads from social media?+

Every published post carries a tracked link to your hosted lead page, where visitors leave a name and WhatsApp number with explicit opt-in. The lead credits the exact post and channel that drove it and can be forwarded to your CRM by signed webhook instantly.

Is the WhatsApp broadcast compliant?+

Yes. Broadcasts go only to contacts with recorded opt-in, business-initiated messages outside the 24-hour window use Meta-approved templates, and opt-outs are enforced automatically. Consent state is stored per contact and auditable — the anti-spam policy is product behavior, not fine print.

Can I import my existing customer list?+

Yes, by CSV — names, phone numbers, emails, and tags — with export available anytime. Imported contacts join the same consent model: you record their opt-in status on import, and messaging tools respect it from the first send.

What happens when someone asks for their data to be deleted?+

One action exports or erases a subject's data (DSAR support), and the erasure is logged. Combined with per-contact consent records and automatic opt-out handling, your audience list stays an asset you can defend under GDPR-style privacy rules.

Do leads connect to my CRM?+

Yes. Lead-capture events fire signed outbound webhooks (HMAC-SHA256) you can point at any CRM or automation tool, and the REST API exposes captured leads for polling. Attribution metadata — post, channel, campaign — travels with each lead.

Reach isn't yours. Contacts are. Start collecting.
