What we do not do, and why we say so
The WhatsApp Cloud API sends messages to individual recipients. There is no endpoint for posting a Status, and Meta has never shipped one. Any tool that claims to automate your Status is doing one of two things: driving an unofficial client, which breaks WhatsApp’s terms and puts the business’s number at risk of a ban, or quietly meaning something else by the word “status”.
We are not willing to do either, and we are not willing to imply we do. WhatsApp broadcasts to an opted-in list are also not part of CoreLayerEngine today — that is a separate WhatsApp Business Platform product with its own onboarding and its own message templates, and we would rather say that plainly than sell you a roadmap.
The two networks closest to direct publishing are Instagram and Facebook Pages. Neither is switched on yet — until Meta’s App Review clears it, every post waits as a finished draft in your approval queue, one tap from posted. The rest of the platform list says exactly where each one stands.
