Straight answers to real questions.

Everything people ask before trusting an engine with their brand — answered plainly. If yours isn't here, ask a human.

The product

What is CoreLayerEngine?+

CoreLayerEngine is an autonomous social media management platform by Ektasi Technology. It decides what to post, writes and designs content in 40+ languages, publishes to 10 networks at learned best times, replies to comments, tracks results to the lead, and improves continuously — with human approval controls throughout.

How is it different from Buffer or Hootsuite?+

Those are schedulers: you think, write, design, and pick times; they post. CoreLayerEngine does the thinking — topic, copy, design, timing — and learns from outcomes, so the work is done before you open the app. You approve instead of produce.

How is it different from ChatGPT or an AI writer?+

AI writers respond to prompts with text. CoreLayerEngine acts without prompting: it watches signals (festivals, mentions, results), drafts complete scheduled campaigns with designed creative, pre-tests them, publishes on approval, and measures what happened. An assistant answers; an engine operates.

Does it work for my type of business?+

The engine seeds a playbook per vertical — restaurants, salons, clinics, stores, consultants, creators, public figures, and more — then tunes to your goals and results. If your customers are on social media or WhatsApp, the loop applies. Start free and judge its first drafts yourself.

Autonomy & safety

Will it post something embarrassing?+

The layers against it: your brand profile constrains generation, an AI critic reviews drafts, a synthetic-audience model scores them, and — decisively — approve-first mode means a human clears everything before it publishes. If you never enable full autopilot, nothing ever posts unseen.

What will the engine never do?+

Four hard limits, by product policy: it never buys or runs ads, never sends direct messages, never publishes for public-figure accounts without a named human approver, and never silently retries rejected content. These are not settings you can misconfigure.

What is crisis mode?+

A one-click switch that instantly pauses all scheduled publishing across every connected channel, drafts a holding statement for your approval, and opens a war-room view of mentions and sentiment. Publishing resumes only when a human decides; a post-mortem PDF documents the episode.

Is AI-generated content disclosed?+

You control disclosure, with automation where rules demand it: brand-deal posts get #ad tags automatically, and generated creative can embed C2PA Content Credentials — a cryptographically signed provenance manifest. Compliance digests summarize governance activity on schedule.

Platforms & languages

Which platforms are supported?+

Native publishing: Instagram, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, WhatsApp Business, Google Business Profile, X, Threads, and YouTube. Listening additionally covers Reddit and news. Anything unsupported gets a ready-to-paste export pack — designed, captioned, never blocked.

How many languages does it support?+

Forty-one, written natively per language rather than translated — including Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, Bengali, Telugu, Marathi, Arabic, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Chinese, and Japanese. Plans meter how many you run simultaneously: 2 on Free, 10 on Launch, 25 on Growth, 48 on Unlimited.

Can it handle multiple brands?+

Yes — isolated workspaces per brand, each with its own voice, languages, channels, audience, and learning data, all behind one login with a single approval queue. Growth includes 3 workspaces; Unlimited is fair-use unlimited, built for agencies.

Pricing & account

Is there a free plan?+

Yes, permanently: 15 AI posts a month, 2 languages, 1 workspace, all 10 networks, lead page and analytics included, no credit card. It's a real tier, not a trial with a countdown.

What do paid plans cost?+

Launch ₹2,000/$20, Growth ₹6,000/$60, Unlimited ₹20,000/$200 — per month, month-to-month, cancel anytime. India pays INR via UPI, cards, or netbanking; the rest of the world pays USD. Every plan includes every feature; tiers change volume.

How do I sign in?+

Email and password, Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Discord, or X single sign-on — or just a phone number with an SMS one-time code. Optional TOTP two-factor with recovery codes; organizations can require two-factor for all members.

Data & security

Where is my data stored?+

In the region you choose: India, Singapore, EU, or US, with optional strict enforcement that blocks cross-region writes. You can export your account data or erase a contact's data (DSAR) at any time.

Can CoreLayerEngine access my social passwords?+

No. Channels connect by OAuth: you approve scoped permissions on the platform's own consent screen, we store revocable tokens, and you can disconnect any time from either side. We never see or ask for passwords.

What happens to my data if I cancel?+

Your account drops to the Free tier rather than vanishing, exports (contacts CSV, audit CSV/PDF, account export) remain available, and you can delete the account entirely — which removes your data subject to legal retention windows. No hostage-taking.
