How does it know to publish a Short rather than a normal video?+
A Short is simply a vertical video up to three minutes. The engine appends #Shorts to the description when it is missing, which is YouTube's documented hint, and the reel studio produces vertical output by default.
Who writes the title and description?+
The engine, from the caption you approved. The first line becomes the title within YouTube's 100-character limit and the caption becomes the description. Both are editable before approval, like any other copy.
How many videos can I make?+
Video quotas scale by plan, starting at one a month on the Forever Free plan. Uploading a video you already have still counts as a publish, but not against the video-generation quota.
