How do I publish my first post?
Open Create, type your message, pick languages, click Generate, then Approve & publish (if a channel is connected) or tap 'Post it yourself' for a ready-to-paste kit.
Can I post without connecting Instagram/Facebook?
Yes — that's Assisted mode. Create a post and tap '📤 Post it yourself' to get the caption, image and one-tap share. We also remind you at the best time.
How do I connect my Instagram or WhatsApp?
Open Settings and connect Meta (covers Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp), then authorize and pick the page/number to post to.
Why is my post in the wrong language or tone?
Set languages in Create per post (your plan caps how many: Free 1, Launch 2, Growth 5, Studio 40) and fill your brand voice/tone in Profile. If only one language came back on Free, that is the plan limit, not an error. Each language also A/B-learns its own best tone over time.
How do I edit the image the AI made?
Open Design — every creative is fully editable. Select any layer to change text/colours/logo, or hit ✨ to have AI rewrite one part.
How do I make a video / reel?
Open Reels, edit each scene and captions, preview, then click ⬇ MP4 to export.
When is the best time to post?
Open Calendar — the 'Best time to post' card shows your suggested slot and a heatmap, and can auto-schedule approved posts.
What is a Growth Goal and how do I set one?
In Grow → 'Growth goal', pick what to measure (leads/reach/sales…), a target and a timeframe. It tracks progress from real outcomes and suggests next moves.
Is anything posted automatically without me?
Only if you enable Autopilot, and even then it never sends DMs or runs paid ads, and you can require approval before anything publishes.
How do approvals work?
In Autopilot, set 'approval required' and add approvers. You can require two different people (maker≠checker), set expiry, and export a tamper-evident audit log.
How do I turn on two-factor authentication?
Profile → security → 'Set up two-factor', scan the QR in an authenticator app, enter the code, and save your recovery codes.
Where is my data stored / can I choose a region?
In India — and India is the only region we operate. There is no EU, Singapore or US option to switch to. If you need hosting elsewhere, talk to us before you buy rather than after.
How do I get found by ChatGPT / AI search?
Settings → 'AI visibility'. Generate your AI profile, raise the readiness score, and add the profile/product/llms.txt links to your website.
How does the AI get smarter over time?
It A/B-learns your winning tone, format and timing from real outcomes, and new businesses start from expert + network priors. Just keep publishing.
How do I upgrade my plan or change payment?
Settings → plan (admins can switch). Payment uses the gateway available in your region.
How do I get an API key?
Settings → API keys → create. Copy it immediately (shown once); use it as a Bearer token and revoke anytime.
How do I add another business/client?
Admins can add a client from Create or Agency — name it, pick the type (vertical), set languages and channels, then fill the Profile.
How do I protect my reputation?
Open Engage to see mentions sorted by sentiment and to request reviews from happy customers; a spike in negative mentions raises an alert.
Can I see if a post will do well before posting?
Yes — generate a draft and click 🔮 Predict for a score, reach/engagement bands and concrete fixes.
A post did not publish — why?
On Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business Profile, check the channel is connected and not tagged · demo — a demo connection publishes nowhere. On the other networks an approved post is queued for manual posting with a finished export pack: tap 📤 Post it yourself to get the caption and image. Nothing failed and nothing is lost. X posts go out too once the X posting add-on is on and X is connected.
Is my Instagram / Facebook really connected?
If the channel carries a · demo tag in Settings, no — it is a preview of the connection flow with a sample destination, and it publishes nowhere. Without the tag, the connection is real and your approved posts publish from it.
You advertise 40 languages but I can only pick one — why?
40 is the full catalogue and Studio reaches all of it; every other tier gets a slice — 1 language per post on Free, 2 on Launch, 5 on Growth. It is a plan limit, not a bug, and the engine refuses an over-limit selection before generation rather than dropping a language silently.
How many posts do I get on the Free plan?
5 AI posts a month, and at most 2 in any one day, plus 1 language, 1 video a month and 1 workspace. The monthly quota resets at the start of the month and the daily burst overnight; both are checked on every post.
I have hit my limit — what now?
The message names which cap you hit and when it clears: a daily burst resets overnight, a monthly quota at the start of the next month. If you need more now, upgrade in Settings → Plan and the higher limits apply as soon as payment lands.
How do I get a GST invoice I can claim input credit on?
Fill Settings → Billing → billing details with your legal name, address, State and GSTIN before you pay; the invoice then carries taxable value, rate, CGST/SGST or IGST, place of supply, SAC and both GSTINs. Rupee prices are GST-inclusive — ₹2,000 is the whole price, not ₹2,000 plus tax.
How do I cancel my subscription?
The workspace owner cancels from Settings → Plan → Subscription. It takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for — you keep every feature until then, are not charged again, and can resume before that date; the workspace then returns to Free with data and drafts intact.
