Profile & brand

5 articles. Every one of these is the same text the product shows inside the console.

Brand persona and AI spokesperson

Pick a persona and a name, and generated posts can include a short branded reel that carries your script. By default those are designed cards in your brand's colours — not a person.

Why it mattersA consistent look makes a small brand recognisable. The avatars are synthetic by design: nobody real is generated, and a photograph of a real person is only ever used if you deliberately switch that on.

How

  1. Open Profile → Brand persona.
  2. Pick an avatar from the library and set the name that appears.
  3. Generated reels use it where the format fits.
  4. For a talking presenter, connect a HeyGen or D-ID key — without one, reels stay as branded cards.

Add custom data to the brand brain

Paste a menu, product list, an ‘about us’ or FAQs — or upload a .txt, .csv or .md. The engine learns what to talk about. You can also add your own images and content here even with no channels connected.

Why it mattersWithout this the engine is guessing at what you sell. Feeding it real material is the single biggest lift to post quality, and it starts creating on-brand posts from your own content right away.

How

  1. Open Profile → Add custom data.
  2. Paste text or upload a file (logos and product photos too, PNG/JPG up to 4MB).
  3. Update it whenever your offerings change.

Notifications, digests and quiet hours

Choose what you are told about — approvals waiting, daily or weekly digests — and set quiet hours when nothing is sent.

Why it mattersApprovals that nobody sees stall the whole queue; notifications that arrive at midnight get muted and then everything is missed. Quiet hours fix both.

How

  1. Open Settings → Notifications.
  2. Pick which events notify you and on which channel.
  3. Set quiet hours in your own timezone.

Workspaces: separate brands, isolated data

Each workspace is a separate brand with its own isolated data — contacts, content, analytics and billing do not cross between them.

Why it mattersAgencies and multi-brand owners need a hard wall, not a filter. Isolation means one client's data can never appear in another's export or report.

How

  1. Open Settings → Workspaces.
  2. Create one workspace per brand or client.
  3. Switch with the account picker at the top of the sidebar.
