Message balance
A separate balance that pays for messages actually delivered — WhatsApp and email — topped up independently of your plan.
Why it mattersYour subscription pays for the engine; carriers charge per message delivered. Keeping them separate means a busy month costs you messages, not a forced plan upgrade.
How
Check the balance before a large broadcast.
Top up from Settings when it runs low.
Delivery is metered per message, so unused balance carries over.

Plans & billing
Every tier has real published limits; none is unlimited. The current tiers and prices are on the pricing page and in Settings → Plan. Manage the plan, billing details and payment method here.
Why it mattersYour plan sets usage limits (posts per month and per day, languages, videos, workspaces, API calls). You are billed in the currency your billing country resolves to, and the invoice is raised in the currency you were charged in.
How
Open Settings → Plan; workspace owners and admins can switch tiers.
Checkout shows the payment methods available for your country.
India: fill billing details with your State and GSTIN before paying so the invoice is a valid GST tax invoice.
Cancel from Settings → Plan → Subscription — it ends at the close of the period you already paid for and the workspace returns to Free with data intact.
A plan granted by CoreLayer rather than purchased has no subscription to cancel; contact support.
Why it mattersEvery tier publishes a real number — no tier is unlimited. The monthly quota is your total and the daily burst stops a whole month going out in one afternoon, so both are checked on every post.
How
See your current usage and tier in Settings → Plan.
Hit a cap and the engine names which one and when it resets: the monthly quota rolls over at the start of the next month, the daily burst overnight.
A language selection above your tier is refused before generation, so you are never charged a post for it.
Upgrade in Settings → Plan; the new limits apply as soon as payment lands.

GST invoice (India)
A CGST Rule 46 tax invoice showing taxable value, rate, the CGST/SGST or IGST split, place of supply, SAC code and both GSTINs — the form an Indian business needs to claim input tax credit.
Why it mattersListed rupee prices are GST-INCLUSIVE: ₹2,000 is the whole price with tax already inside it, back-calculated out of the gross, never 18% added on top. Without your GSTIN and State on record we cannot determine place of supply, and the invoice cannot be a valid tax invoice.
How
Open Settings → Billing → billing details and enter your legal name, address, State and GSTIN BEFORE you pay — the invoice is raised from what is on record at payment time.
The GSTIN is validated (15 characters, State code and check character) so a typo is caught at entry rather than on the invoice.
Download numbered invoice PDFs from Billing & invoices.
Paid before adding your GSTIN? Add it and contact support to have that invoice reissued.
