Engage & reputation

5 articles. Every one of these is the same text the product shows inside the console.

Comment auto-reply

Automatic replies to comments — only on posts the engine published, never on anything else.

Why it mattersFast replies lift reach and look attentive, but replying on posts you did not publish risks answering for someone else. The scope limit is deliberate.

How

  1. Open Engage → Comment auto-reply and turn it on.
  2. Anything sensitive is routed to a human instead of auto-answered.
  3. Review what was sent in the Engage queue.

Engage: comments, mentions & reputation

A unified inbox of comments and mentions with sentiment, plus reply drafting and review requests.

Why it mattersFast, on-brand responses protect reputation and turn happy customers into reviews.

How

  1. Open Engage.
  2. Triage by sentiment, draft replies with AI, and request reviews from happy customers.
  3. Crisis spikes raise an alert so you can act fast.

War Room

Reputation, crises and the people who need a reply, in one place — with a one-click pause and statement drafting if something blows up.

Why it mattersA bad week is exactly when nobody has time to hunt through five screens. Publishing pauses automatically so the engine is not cheerfully posting an offer into a complaint thread.

How

  1. Open War Room from the sidebar.
  2. Clear anything in Needs a human — publishing stays paused until you do.
  3. If a real storm hits, use the pause and draft a statement from here.

Needs a human

Sentiment spikes, review bombs and anything the engine thinks needs a person land here, with publishing paused until you clear them.

Why it mattersThe engine can tell that something is unusual; it cannot tell whether it is a misunderstanding, a real fault or a competitor. That judgement is yours, and posting during it makes things worse.

How

  1. Read the item and decide: reply, ignore or escalate.
  2. Clearing the last item lifts the publishing pause.
  3. An empty list is the normal state — it is not a sign anything is broken.

Deals and enquiries

Sponsorships, enquiries and anything with money attached, tracked from first contact to paid.

Why it mattersSo a deal does not live in one person's inbox. If the only record of an agreement is a DM on somebody's phone, it is lost the day they are away.

How

  1. Open the Deals tab in War Room.
  2. Move each one along as it progresses.
  3. Mark it paid when the money lands.
