The one box that starts everything: paste a link to anywhere your business already exists, type a sentence about it, or both.
Why it mattersEverything we write comes from this. Given a website we read the whole page, so your first post talks about your actual items and your actual city instead of something that could belong to any shop. Give us nothing and we are guessing from your name.
How
- Paste your website — this is the richest single thing you can give us.
- Add your Google listing or a social profile if you have them. Those give us your bio and category, not your posts.
- Or just type it: "sweet shop in Varanasi, mostly wedding orders" is a genuinely good answer.
- Nothing here is required, and nothing you type is a wrong answer.

Did we get it right?
Everything we worked out about your business, with each line saying where it came from.
Why it mattersWe would rather show you a wrong line now than publish it. A line marked 'our guess' has not been confirmed by anyone, and a guess that looks like a saved setting is a guess nobody ever corrects.
How
- Read each line and press Right, Change, or Skip. All three count as an answer.
- Skip means 'you decide' — we keep our guess, it stays flagged, and we ask again once you have seen some real posts.
- Anything you confirm or change is yours permanently: a better reader later will improve the lines you never touched and will never overwrite the ones you did.
- The first line — who you are — decides how the next two questions are worded, so it is worth getting right.

Create your first post
The fastest path from signup to a published, on-brand post in your language.
Why it mattersGetting one real post out teaches the engine your voice and starts the learning loop that makes every later post better.
How
- Open Create from the sidebar.
- Type what you want to say (or tap a suggestion), and pick your languages.
- Click Generate — the engine writes an on-brand draft and picks the best tone for you.
- Review, then Approve & publish (if a channel is connected) or tap 'Post it yourself' to get a ready-to-paste kit.

Add a business / client account
Each business you manage is its own account with its own brand, languages, channels and data.
Why it mattersKeeping businesses separate keeps the AI on-brand and the learning data clean per business.
How
- Admins: open Create or Agency and choose 'Add client'.
- Enter the business name and pick the closest type (vertical) — this seeds the right marketing playbook.
- Set languages and channels.
- Fill the Profile next so the AI knows your offerings and voice.

Launch readiness checklist
A go-live checklist — what is still missing before this client is genuinely ready to run.
Why it mattersMost accounts stall on two or three unfinished items rather than anything hard. Naming them in order is faster than discovering them one failure at a time.
How
- Open Settings → Launch readiness.
- Work the list top down; each item links to the screen that completes it.
- Re-check after connecting channels or editing the profile.
