A machine-readable profile, product feed and llms.txt so AI assistants and shopping agents can find, cite and transact with your business.

Why it mattersDiscovery is shifting to AI search and buyer-agents. Being machine-readable gets you recommended where customers increasingly look.

How

  1. Open Settings → 'AI visibility'.
  2. Generate your AI profile, then raise the readiness score by filling the gaps (add prices, list products, declare languages). The profile is on every plan; the readiness score comes with the Launch plan and up.
  3. Copy the profile/product/llms.txt links onto your website so AI assistants can read them.

The AI search check

A check of your website and of what AI assistants say when customers ask about businesses like yours. It reads your website, asks the AI assistants the questions your customers would type, and shows whether each answer names you and cites your site, which sites it cited instead, and a ranked list of fixes. Each check asks 5 questions on Launch, 15 on Growth, Creator and Public Figure, and 50 on Studio.

Why it mattersA clear profile makes you easy for an assistant to read; this shows whether the assistants actually name you. Nobody can promise what an assistant says, so the check reports what they said and what to change first, with the evidence behind each fix.

How

  1. Open Grow → AI search & SEO and press Run the first check. It takes a few minutes, and after that it runs again on its own every week.
  2. Read the three numbers: how often the answers named you, a score for your website, and the fixes still to do.
  3. Edit the questions to the ones your customers really ask, and name the competitors you want to be compared with.
  4. For each fix, press Approve — do it when we can make the change for you, copy the code to paste on your site, or press Not now. The next check marks a fix done when your site no longer shows the problem.
  5. The AI search check comes with the Launch plan and up.
