Audience & contacts

6 articles. Every one of these is the same text the product shows inside the console.

Retention flows

Automatic thank-yous, win-backs and review asks, sent in the background to contacts who have opted in.

Why it mattersThe follow-up that earns repeat business is the one nobody has time to send by hand. These run on their own and stop at the same consent boundary as every other message.

How

  1. Open Audience → Retention flows and turn it on.
  2. Only opted-in contacts are messaged, and the 30-day review guard still applies.
  3. Sends are metered against your message balance, not your plan.

Your first-party audience data

Email, WhatsApp and behaviour in one place — owned by you, cookie-less, and exportable any time.

Why it mattersPlatform followers are rented; a first-party list is yours. It survives an algorithm change, a banned account or a platform you leave, and it is the only audience you can reach without paying for reach.

How

  1. Open Audience to see contacts, how many are reachable, and opt-in counts per channel.
  2. Export the whole list as CSV whenever you want — there is no lock-in.
  3. Sources are tagged, so you can see which channel actually grows the list.

Lead capture link and QR

A share link and QR code — anyone who fills the form joins this client's WhatsApp list automatically.

Why it mattersIt turns offline footfall into a reachable list. A QR on the counter, the menu or a flyer converts a walk-in into someone you can message next week.

How

  1. Copy the sign-up link, or download the QR and print it.
  2. Preview the form first so you know what customers see.
  3. New sign-ups land in Audience with their source tagged.

Referrals and word of mouth

Every sign-up gets a personal share link, shown after they join. When a friend joins through it, the referrer is credited here.

Why it mattersIt is the cheapest audience you will ever build — the list grows itself, and you can see exactly who your advocates are.

How

  1. Share your lead-capture link to seed the first contacts.
  2. Each contact gets their own link automatically.
  3. Both sides appear in the referrals list when someone they sent signs up.

Broadcast to your contacts

Message opted-in contacts on WhatsApp or email, optionally filtered by tag.

Why it mattersReaching people who already said yes converts far better than posting and hoping, and it does not depend on any platform's reach.

How

  1. Pick the channel, write the message, and optionally filter by tag.
  2. Only opted-in contacts are messaged — consent is enforced, not assumed.
  3. Email sends carry a subject line; WhatsApp uses your business number.

Ask for reviews

A one-tap review request to opted-in contacts, which skips anyone already asked in the last 30 days.

Why it mattersReviews drive local discovery and AI citations, and the 30-day guard stops you burning goodwill by asking the same people repeatedly.

How

  1. Paste your Google review link once.
  2. Send the request to opted-in contacts.
  3. Recent recipients are excluded automatically.
