Retention flows
Automatic thank-yous, win-backs and review asks, sent in the background to contacts who have opted in.
Why it mattersThe follow-up that earns repeat business is the one nobody has time to send by hand. These run on their own and stop at the same consent boundary as every other message.
How
- Open Audience → Retention flows and turn it on. They come with the Growth plan and up.
- Only opted-in contacts are messaged, and the 30-day review guard still applies.
- Sends are metered against your message balance, not your plan.

Your first-party audience data
Email, WhatsApp and behaviour in one place — owned by you, cookie-less, and exportable any time.
Why it mattersPlatform followers are rented; a first-party list is yours. It survives an algorithm change, a banned account or a platform you leave, and it is the only audience you can reach without paying for reach.
How
- Open Audience to see contacts, how many are reachable, and opt-in counts per channel. Your contact list comes with the Launch plan and up.
- Export the whole list as CSV whenever you want — there is no lock-in.
- Sources are tagged, so you can see which channel actually grows the list.

Lead capture link and QR
A share link and QR code — anyone who fills the form joins this client's contact list automatically, with their consent recorded.
Why it mattersIt turns offline footfall into a reachable list. A QR on the counter, the menu or a flyer converts a walk-in into someone you can message next week.
How
- Copy the sign-up link, or download the QR and print it.
- Preview the form first so you know what customers see.
- New sign-ups land in Audience with their source tagged.
- The form comes with the Launch plan and up.

Referrals and word of mouth
Every sign-up gets a personal share link, shown after they join. When a friend joins through it, the referrer is credited here.
Why it mattersIt is the cheapest audience you will ever build — the list grows itself, and you can see exactly who your advocates are.
How
- Share your lead-capture link to seed the first contacts.
- Each contact gets their own link automatically.
- Both sides appear in the referrals list when someone they sent signs up.

Broadcast to your contacts
Message opted-in contacts by email, optionally filtered by tag.
Why it mattersReaching people who already said yes converts far better than posting and hoping, and it does not depend on any platform's reach.
How
- Write the subject and the message, and optionally filter by tag.
- Only opted-in contacts are messaged — consent is enforced, not assumed.
- Every send tells the contact how to opt out, and a contact marked opted-out is never messaged again.
- Email offers come with the Launch plan and up; SMS offers and customer groups with the Growth plan and up.

Ask for reviews
A one-tap review request to opted-in contacts, which skips anyone already asked in the last 30 days.
Why it mattersReviews drive local discovery and AI citations, and the 30-day guard stops you burning goodwill by asking the same people repeatedly.
How
- Paste your Google review link once, or connect Google Business and we use the link Google gives for your location.
- Send the request to opted-in contacts.
- Recent recipients are excluded automatically.
- Asking customers for reviews comes with the Growth plan and up.

Online payments with Razorpay
Customers pay online for shop orders and bookings through your own Razorpay — UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets. The order marks itself paid; no screenshot needed.
Why it mattersA payment that confirms itself means no checking bank apps, no lost screenshots, and the order or booking moves on at once.
How
- Already on Razorpay? Press Connect Razorpay and approve on Razorpay's own page.
- No Razorpay yet? Open an account here — your business, PAN and bank details; Razorpay checks them (KYC).
- Or paste your own Key ID and Key Secret, then add the webhook URL and secret shown in Razorpay → Settings → Webhooks (events: payment_link.paid, refund.processed and refund.failed).
- Money settles straight to your bank on Razorpay's normal schedule — CoreLayer never holds it.
- Online payments come with the Launch plan and up.

Refunds for orders and bookings
Give a customer their money back — all of it, or an amount you choose. A payment made online through your Razorpay goes back through Razorpay to the card, UPI or bank it came from. A UPI-screenshot or cash payment you send back yourself, then mark refunded.
Why it mattersA refund the customer can see on their own order page, with the amount and when to expect it, saves the follow-up call — and one place to see every refund means none is forgotten.
How
- Open the order or booking and press Refund. Choose Full or type an amount, then confirm. You can never refund more than was paid.
- Cancelling a paid order or booking yourself refunds it in full straight away.
- When a customer cancels a booking inside your free-cancellation window, the deposit they paid goes back by itself. Switch this off under Rules & payment in Bookings.
- Razorpay pays refunds from your Razorpay balance. The order shows processing, processed, or failed with Razorpay's reason; banks take 5–7 working days to show the money.
- Paid by UPI screenshot or cash? Send the money back by UPI or cash yourself, then press Mark refunded so the order and the customer's page show it.
- With your own Razorpay keys, add refund.processed and refund.failed to your webhook in Razorpay → Settings → Webhooks.

Bookings: let customers book a time
A booking page for your services: customers pick a service, a day and a time (and a person, if you have staff), and it is booked.
Why it mattersEvery booking that does not need a phone call is one you do not miss. Reminders cut no-shows, and a deposit holds the slot.
How
- Turn bookings on and add your services: name, length, price, deposit.
- Set your hours (or keep your Profile hours), days off, notice and how far ahead people can book.
- Share the booking link, put it in your Instagram bio, or use it as your Google booking link.
- Each booking gets its own page to pay, add to calendar, move or cancel; reminders go out a day and an hour or two before.

Your products: photos, prices and stock
Add what you sell on your Shop page card: a name, a price, a sale price if you like, a category, a description, up to five photos and how many you have. No Shopify or WooCommerce needed.
Why it mattersYour products go on your shop page, each with its own link. Posts that name a product link to its page, and its photos can be used for posts about it.
How
- Press Add a product, fill in the name and price, add photos and save. The first photo is the main one.
- Turn on Count stock and type how many you have. Each order takes them off and a cancelled order puts them back. At 0 the shop shows Sold out, and nobody can order more than you have.
- Sold out marks a product as gone in one tap. Turn Show in shop off to hide it without deleting it.
- Move products up and down to set their order in the shop.
- Typed what you sell on Profile already? Import my typed offerings turns that list into products. Any without a price come in hidden until you add one.

Delivery fee and free delivery
A flat fee added to delivery orders, shown as its own line in the cart, the WhatsApp order, the order page and the invoice. Pickup is always free.
Why it mattersCustomers see the whole price before they order, and you stop adding the fee by hand in a chat.
How
- Open Shop settings and type your delivery fee. 0 means no fee.
- Set Free delivery from to drop the fee when the goods come to that amount or more, after any discount code. 0 means never free.
- Like your prices, the fee includes GST. On a tax invoice it is taxed at your GST rate, as part of the goods.

Discount codes
Codes your customers type at checkout for a percent or an amount off, with an optional minimum order, a limit on how many times a code works and a last day.
Why it mattersA code gives people a reason to order now, and each order shows which code it came with.
How
- Open Discount codes on your Shop page card and press Add a code.
- Pick percent or amount off. A minimum order counts the goods before the discount.
- Each order with the code is one use; a cancelled order gives the use back. Turn a code off to stop it without deleting it.
- The discount is its own line in the cart, the order page and the invoice, and GST is worked out on the price after it.
