Why it mattersTwo things you cannot get any other way: we learn your real voice from your own past posts — how long you write, what you use and do not — and we can publish for you instead of handing you something to copy and paste. Everything before this was us reading about you; this is us learning from you.
How
- Connect the ones you actually use. One is enough to start.
- Channels marked 'Coming soon' are waiting on the platform's approval, not on you.
- Nothing publishes without your approval, whatever is connected.
- You can connect more later from Settings — and every account you add makes the writing sharper.

Why it mattersPublishing the same asset by hand to each network is where most of the time goes, and where captions drift apart between channels.
How
- Upload your image or video in Create.
- Pick the channels; each gets a caption sized for it.
- Publish once — or use Post it yourself if an account is not connected.

Connect social accounts
Link your platforms so approved posts publish automatically. Today every connection on this server is a clearly-labelled DEMO connection — no network is switched on for direct publishing yet, so connecting previews the flow and publishes nowhere.
Why it mattersConnected accounts mean one-click publishing and automatic metric ingestion that feeds the learning loop. Until a network is switched on, the export pack does that last step by hand and nothing else about the product changes.
How
- Open Settings → connect the platform you use (Meta for Instagram/Facebook/WhatsApp, Google Business, LinkedIn, etc.).
- If the button or the channel reads · demo, that platform has no live app keys here yet — see Why nothing is publishing yet.
- Authorize in the popup.
- Pick the sub-account/page or WhatsApp number to post to and confirm where content will be posted.
- As each network is switched on we email workspace owners; you reconnect once and posts publish live from then on.

Post without connecting accounts (Assisted mode)
If you don't connect any account, you can still run everything: the engine hands you a ready-to-post kit and reminds you at the best time.
Why it mattersNot every business wants to grant API access — assisted mode means you lose nothing.
How
- Create a post as usual.
- Tap '📤 Post it yourself' to get the caption, image and one-tap share + platform links.
- We email/WhatsApp you a reminder with the kit at the best time to post.

Why nothing is publishing yet (platform approvals pending)
Direct publishing is still being switched on network by network, and none of them is on yet. What a network is waiting on differs from one to the next — the platforms page on the website lists it network by network — and no live app keys are configured here: a connection you make today is labelled · demo, and an approved post is recorded as queued for manual posting with its export pack, not as published.
Why it mattersThis is a product state, not a fault on your workspace or your connection. Re-authorising, switching Page or reconnecting cannot change it, because there is no live platform key behind any of it — so checking settings only costs you time.
How
- Open the post: a status of queued for manual posting means the content is finished and waiting for you, and nothing was lost.
- Tap 📤 Post it yourself to get the caption per language, the hashtags and the rendered image or MP4, then paste it into the app.
- Turn on the best-time reminder so we email or WhatsApp you the pack when your audience is active.
- Everything else — planning, generation, languages, Design, Reels, Calendar, approvals, the audit log — works normally today.
- We email workspace owners per platform as each approval lands; you reconnect once and posts publish live from then on.
