Connecting your accounts
Linking the accounts you already post from.
Why it mattersTwo things you cannot get any other way: we learn your real voice from your own past posts — how long you write, what you use and do not — and we can publish for you instead of handing you something to copy and paste. Everything before this was us reading about you; this is us learning from you.
How
- Connect the ones you actually use. One is enough to start.
- Nothing publishes without your approval, whatever is connected.
- You can connect more later from Settings — and every account you add makes the writing sharper.

Upload and publish everywhere at once
Bring your own content in and push it to every connected channel in one action.
Why it mattersPublishing the same asset by hand to each network is where most of the time goes, and where captions drift apart between channels.
How
- Upload your image or video in Create.
- Pick the channels; each gets a caption sized for it.
- Publish once — or use Post it yourself if an account is not connected.

Connect social accounts
Link your platforms so approved posts go out from the right account. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business Profile publish the moment you approve; on the other networks an approved post becomes a post kit you send in one tap. With the X posting add-on, approved posts also go out to your X account. A channel marked · demo is a preview connection and does not publish.
Why it mattersConnected accounts mean one-click publishing and tracked results that feed the learning loop. On a post-kit network the kit does that last step by hand, and nothing else about the product changes.
How
- Open Settings → connect the platform you use (Meta for Instagram and Facebook, Google Business, LinkedIn, etc.).
- If the button or the channel reads · demo, that platform is a preview connection and will not publish — see Why a post did not publish on its own.
- Authorize in the popup.
- Pick the Page or account to post to and confirm where content will be posted.

Post without connecting accounts (Assisted mode)
If you don't connect any account, you can still run everything: the engine hands you a ready-to-post kit and reminds you at the best time.
Why it mattersNot every business wants to grant API access — assisted mode means you lose nothing.
How
- Create a post as usual.
- Tap '📤 Post it yourself' to get the caption, image and one-tap share + platform links.
- We email/WhatsApp you a reminder with the kit at the best time to post.

Why a post did not publish on its own
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business Profile publish on approval once the account is connected. On Threads and Pinterest, an approved post is recorded as queued for manual posting with its export pack — that is how those networks deliver, not a fault. X works the same way until the X posting add-on is on; with it, approved posts also go out to your connected X account. A channel marked · demo is a preview connection, so it does not publish.
Why it mattersSo you can tell a delivery mode from a fault. Queued for manual posting is the expected state on a post-kit network, and re-authorising or reconnecting will not change it; on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business Profile the connection is the thing to check.
How
- Open the post: a status of queued for manual posting means the content is finished and waiting for you, and nothing was lost.
- Tap 📤 Post it yourself to get the caption per language, the hashtags and the rendered image or MP4, then paste it into the app.
- Turn on the best-time reminder so we email or WhatsApp you the pack when your audience is active.
- On Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube or Google Business Profile: open Settings → Channels and check the channel is connected, not tagged · demo, and that the post was approved.
- On X: add the X posting add-on in Settings, then connect X. Until then each X post waits in your post kit with a note saying so.
