Two-factor authentication (MFA/TOTP)

Protect your login with a time-based code from an authenticator app, plus single-use recovery codes.

Why it mattersMFA stops account takeover even if your password leaks — essential for business accounts.

How

  1. Open Profile → security card → 'Set up two-factor'.
  2. Scan the QR with Google Authenticator/Authy and enter the 6-digit code.
  3. Save your recovery codes somewhere safe. Admins can require MFA org-wide.

Data residency / region

Every workspace's data is stored in India.

Why it mattersThe region decides which database holds your rows, so the setting always reflects where your data actually is.

How

  1. Open Profile → region to see where this workspace is homed.
  2. If your contract or regulator names a hosting requirement, talk to us before purchasing.
  3. A request for data a node does not hold is refused rather than served from elsewhere.
