Do you hold my money?
No. Online payments go to your own Razorpay account, and UPI goes straight to you.
Is there an invoice for each order?
Yes. Once an order is paid, its GST invoice is ready for you and the customer to download.
What happens on Free when the month is full?
Customers are asked to message you directly, and you get one note that the month's orders or bookings are used.
Can I add a booking myself?
Yes, any time, even when the month's online bookings are used up. It counts toward the month's total.
